What are the methods of payment?

We accept bank transfers, cash deposit into our nominated bank account. Paypal will be available on request.

Will you guarentee a result?

No, Investigations & Recovery Agency cannot guarantee results. Their is never the same result or answer.  All our client dealings are strictly private and confidential.

Will I need to pay some money up front?

We do not require and retainer as we collect a 100 points ID on confirmation of our email contract.

How long does Surveillance take?

Surveillance takes from 4hrs to many days or even weeks. You cannot rush the surveillance as you may miss important information.

Do Private Investigators have to be licensed?

All Private Investigators and Debt Collectors must be licensed in NSW (CAPI) and are required to produce if requested
